What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card and cash transfers through secure Pay Pal.  We also accept personal or business checks. Orders through Pay Pal will be shipped to the confirmed billing address. If you prefer to pay by check,  do not order online. Please contact us and we will email instructions to you.  Please keep in mind jewelry will not be mailed until your check is cleared.  This may take up to two weeks.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) without having to open a PayPal account. Follow the directions for paying by credit card without an account.

What is your privacy policy?

Like you, we do not want any spam.  We will not sell or pass your contact information on to anyone nor will we send you unsolicited emails.  Rejoice! Jewelry will not have any access to your credit card/bank account information.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping to U.S. addresses.  We use U.S. Postal Service First Class.

What about international shipping?

Presently we only ship to U.S. addresses.

Do you charge sales tax?

There is no sales tax unless you place an order in Kentucky, in which case you will be charged a 6% sales tax.

When can I expect my purchase?

All orders are processed within 1-3 week days after payment has been received via PayPal.  Please allow 3-7 days for First Class delivery.  Please note: Orders will be cancelled in three days if payment has not cleared.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

We use a 49 strand nylon-coated wire that offers premium strength, durability and flexibility. We also use heavy sterling silver crimp beads. Most vintage beads and buttons used in Rejoice! Jewelry are in excellent condition. A few vintage beads or buttons may show some wear. The majority of these vintage treasures are 30 to 60+ years old!

What is your return policy?

We hope all customers are pleased with their purchase.  However, if a piece is the wrong color/size etc., we will gladly accept returns if mailed within 7 days of receipt of jewelry.  Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. You will be reimbursed through PayPal for the cost of the purchase only. If jewelry is sent back damaged, there is no guarantee a full refund will be issued. Returns are not accepted on custom orders. In order to begin the return process, please email Rejoice! Jewelry (rejoicejewelryky@gmail.com ) requesting a return authorization number.

How is jewelry packaged?

All Rejoice! Jewelry is placed in an anti-tarnish bag and carefully packed in a gift box which includes care instructions.  The jewelry will be mailed in a bubble wrap envelope.

Why is the color of my piece of jewelry  a little different than the picture?

Colors, in general, may not appear the same on every computer screen. Please note the pictures are enlarged to show the detail of the jewelry.

How do I determine the size of the jewelry?

For size, measure a bracelet or necklace that fits well end-to-end to determine the best size.  Small wrist size is about 6 ¾ to 7 ¼ inches, average wrist size is about 7 ½ to 7 ¾ inches and large wrist size is about 8 to 8 ½ inches.  Short necklaces are 16 to 17 inches, average size necklaces are 18 to 19 inches, and long necklaces are 20 to 23 inches.
